An independent survey by SA Tourism revealed that the three largest hotel groups in South Africa view the CUT’s Hotel School as the best higher education institution in South Africa. Our hotel school is at the forefront of the hospitality training industry. The School’s graduate employment record is impressive, with 95% of graduates securing employment within two months of graduating. More than 50% of these graduates are employed in management positions, with nearly 30% working overseas.
